Alan Wheatley is a Vice Chairman of Carlton Corporate Finance. Currently, Alan serves as Chairman for Utilico Investment Trust plc, Unigro Limited and AKJ Equities Inc.

In the past, Alan has held non-executive board positions for EBS Investments Limited, British Steel plc, 3i Group plc, Forte Group plc, NM Rothschild & Sons Limited, Babcock International Group plc and Legal & General Group plc.

Additionally, Alan was the former Chairman for Five Arrows Finance Limited and Special Utilities Investment Trust plc, and Deputy Chairman for Ashtead Group plc.

Between 1981 and 1985, Alan was a government appointed non-executive Director and subsequently the Deputy Chairman for Cable & Wireless. Previously, Alan was a Senior Partner at Price Waterhouse London from 1985 to 1992 and also a member of the Price Waterhouse World Board.
