Founded Invicta Leisure in 1990s , backed by Electra - built to 20 sites prior to merger with Esporta in 2002, following buyout of Esporta Plc financed by Duke Street. Became CEO of Esporta.

Acquired Snazaroo Face Paints in 2003. Developed and sold to Colorart in 2006.

Has represented England in Real Tennis World Championships. Is on the Board of the LTA.
